Designed for individuals who have experienced loss, are navigating overwhelming life events, or have been impacted by natural disasters, this session offers practical tools to support nervous system health and prevent the long-term effects of stress and trauma, including PTSD.

Led by a skilled trauma specialist and somatic practitioner, this workshop will guide you to:

  • Explore gentle somatic practices to calm and regulate your nervous system.

  • Safely discharge stored stress energy to restore balance and vitality.

  • Create opportunities for “rest and digest” to enhance resilience and promote healing.

  • Understand the nervous system’s role in trauma recovery and overall well-being through a polyvagal-informed approach.
